How can I use Tubeat Shipping Service?

To use Tubeat Shipping Service, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to Tubeat and Check your private address. ("My Private Address" in the upper-right)

2. Enter your private address in the shipping address field of the online shopping mall when you order items OR Pass it to the seller.
- Please do not miss your private address code when you put your private address to ship your items. (The example for the private address code: L-123456)

3. Check the delivery status of your items whether they have been shipped to Tubeat.
- You can check the delivery status of your items from the online shopping mall where you ordered your items OR from the seller who sold your items.

4. If the items you ordered have been sent to Tubeat, make a note of the name of the courier company AND the tracking number for the package.
- You can get that delivery information from the online shopping mall where you ordered your items OR from the seller who sold your items.
- If the package has arrived safely in Tubeat, you can check the package in "My Warehouse".

5. When all packages you want to ship overseas have arrived at Tubeat, click the "SHIPPING" button in "My Warehouse" (in the upper-right).

6. Select all packages you want to bundle shipping and click the "CONFIRM" button (in the upper-right).

7. Enter your shipping details and Click the "submit" button (bottom right).

8. Review the shipping details you inserted carefully, Read the caution and check the box, and Click the "submit" button (bottom right).
- As soon as you submit bundled shipping, a new Parcel ID is created in "My Warehouse".
- When packaging is complete, we will update the shipping fee for the requested package.
- When the shipping fee is set, the status of the requested bundled shipping Parcel ID is changed to "Unpaid".
